Ozone has a variety of uses in the hospitality industry and is very popular with backpacker accomodation, hotels and motels

Ozone is primarily used to deodorise rooms to remove body odours and stale musty smells. Ozone gives a far better solution than strong smelling deodorisers full of perfumes. It has been proven by time that the effect of various unpleasant smells such as body odours, cigarette smoke, stale musty odours, can be controlled in practice by treatment with a small amount of ozone. When the level of odiferous compounds are high, increased levels of ozone are required and for longer periods. We recommend shock treatments of ozone when people are not present to neutralise food cooking smells, exhaust fumes and body odour in accomodation
